- The prices are per week including all operating and additional costs (VAT, bed linen, final cleaning, parking, etc.).
- Local tax: We inform you that in addition to the prices mentioned a local guest tax of 1,75 € (2,90 € up from 01/01/2024) per night and person over 14 years is due.
- Deposit: A deposit is required for the definitive confirmation of a booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, late arrival and/or early departure.
- Payment: We kindly ask you to pay the balance in cash or by bank transfer within Tuesday of the week of your stay. Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
- Check in: from 16.00 on the day of arrival.
- Check out: until 10.00 a.m. of the day of departure.
